Sample and proofing services
- Sample Application Rules: We provide sample service. Sample cost and freight will be quoted separately according to product details.
- Sample Lead Time: Standard sample lead time is 3–7 working days, expedited service is available for urgent demands.
- Sample Confirmation Process: We will send finished samples for your inspection and approval. Mass production will start only after your confirmation.
- Prototype vs Mass Production Parts: Samples and mass production parts adopt the same materials and processes to ensure consistent quality.
Orders and Logistics Distribution
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Flexible MOQ for different products, we support small batch and large batch orders.
- Production Lead Time: Small batch: 7–15 working days; Mass production: 15–30 working days, subject to product complexity and quantity.
- Export Packaging: Standard export packaging to prevent collision and moisture damage. Custom packaging is acceptable.
- Shipping Methods: We support sea freight, air freight and international express. We can arrange delivery according to your requirements.
